Happy Birthday Beverley! Brenna's mom celebrated her 50th birthday the weekend October 21st - what a hoot!

Jennifer, Brenna, and Eric all flew in for the much anticipated event. Bev's friends, Mike Bell, Ken & Sandy, and Dwight & Jerry all gave her the best party ever. It was a very messy clam feast with Northern California sourdough bread. YUM. Our Wedding Slideshow

Our photographer, William J. Meyer, put together the most magnificent slideshows set to music for us. I believe we'll have them on DVD eventually as a keepsake, but for now - they are posted on the web. Click the links on the right side to view.

The first one gives you a glimpse of what our wedding day was like from beginning to end with really exciting music.

The second one is mostly the same pictures, but with slower wedding music, and the pictures scroll through more slowly.

Hopefully we can get Bill to do our honeymoon set to Hawaiian music one of these days!

The Newlyweds' First Post

Hello Friends and Family!

This is our first Standley Family blog. I really love the blog updates I get from my wonderful neighbor, Melissa, because it makes me feel like I'm in tune to her family happenings even though we see each other so rarely. SO... I wanted to start a Standley Family blog - now that we've recently become The Standleys! We'll be updating the blog as often as possible with new pictures and snippets of what's happening in our Colorado world.
