Denver's Winter Wonderland

Doesn't this picture make you want to ski? ;) Or maybe curl up with a hot chocolate by the fire, maybe! This is what it looked like today, 12/20/06, during the "Holiday Blizzard of 2006". (We're so dramatic here in Denver) The picture was taken outside of our home - it is a picture of our neighbor's house across the street. And the crazy part? The first day of winter is on Friday. Yipes!

Darned Satellite Dish

Eric is my hero - he is weathering the snow in full blown ski gear and snow boots today so that he can clean off the satellite dish enough that we can watch the news and keep up with the exciting snow crisis at the Denver airport.

One of my bridesmaids, Deb Callies, and her husband Kristopher had their first child on Monday, December 11, 2007. His name is Brandon Kristopher and he is just as sweet as sugar. Dad, Mom, and Baby are all doing very well - minus the lack of sleep. Congratulations, Callies Family!
